We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
• Manage the team of developers, testers, and other project participants.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and deliverables.
• Monitor task execution and ensure the high quality of the final product.
• Maintain project documentation and report to management.

Requirements:

• 3.5+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager.
• Proficiency with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana, etc.).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Strong client-facing experience, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• English language proficiency at the Upper Intermediate level or higher.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in an outstaffing/outsourcing company.
• PMP, PRINCE2 certifications.
• Knowledge of other programming languages or technologies.
