Your main tasks will be:

• ensuring the quality implementation of projects within the established time and budget, aimed at achieving a specific measurable business -objectives.
• formation of the project team;
• implementation of detailed planning of project works;
• implementation of control over the implementation of the project plan.

We expect from you:

• higher education;
• knowledge of methodologies, Agile, Scrum, Kanban;
• ability to create detailed project plans, including development of schedules, budgets and resource plans;
• the ability to identify potential risks, analyze them and develop strategies to minimize or avoid them;
• the ability to monitor project progress, identify deviations from the plan and take corrective action;
• manage project budgets, control costs and ensure adherence to financial frameworks;
• the ability to effectively plan and allocate resources, including human, material and financial;
• the ability to form, motivate and manage a project team, ensuring effective interaction and cooperation;
• knowledge of software products for project management, such as Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello, JIRA;
• ability to develop and implement change management strategies, adapting the project to new conditions and requirements;
• generation of reports.
