In this regard, we are looking for specialists for the position of Project Manager

Main requirements:

- Knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
- English language level at Intermediate level and above (correspondence/call with clients in English)
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project, Basecamp, etc.).
- Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including SEO, SEM, PPC, SMM , email marketing, content marketing and analytics.
- Ability to analyze metrics and performance indicators (KPI, ROI, CTR, CPA, etc.).
- Knowledge of the main platforms for digital marketing (Google Analytics, Google Ads , Facebook Ads Manager, HubSpot, Hootsuite).
- Ability to develop and control project budgets.
- Experience with financial reports and forecasts.
- Knowledge of the basics of financial analysis.
- Knowledge of the basics of HTML/CSS and basic concepts of web development.
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation systems.
- Ability to use tools for data analysis (Google Data Studio, Tableau).
- Skills of writing texts for various media and target audiences.
- Experience with content management systems (WordPress, Joomla, Drupal).
- Ability to write clear and structured reports, present information to customers and management.
- Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Understanding the specifics of the marketing services market.
- Knowledge of trends and new technologies in the field of marketing.

Responsibilities:

- Development of detailed project plans, including goals, tasks, deadlines and resources. allocation of tasks and control over their execution.
- Team motivation and ensuring effective communication between project participants.
- Monitoring the progress of project implementation, ensuring compliance with deadlines and budgets.
- Regular status meetings and preparation of project implementation reports.
- Establishing and maintaining communication with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
- Coordination of project requirements, providing progress reports and receiving feedback.
- Identification of potential risks for the project and development of plans to minimize them.
- Responding to problems and unforeseen situations that may arise during project implementation.
- Development and control of the project budget.
- Ensuring effective use of financial resources, etccost control.
- Ensuring compliance of the project results with the client's requirements and quality standards.

- Conducting the final evaluation of the project and analyzing the effectiveness of the tasks.

- Creating and maintaining project documentation, including terms of reference, contracts, reports and other documents.

- Ensuring the availability and relevance of all project documentation.

- Collaborating with the team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.

- Analyzing the market and competitors to determine the most effective approaches to promoting products or services.

- Measuring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and analyzing the results.

- Preparing reports for management and clients regarding achieved results and efficiency of project execution.

- Analysis of current project management processes and implementation of improvements.

- Implementation of new tools and methods to improve work efficiency
