Who are we and what are we doing?

At KAPPS, our development team takes ideas from concepts to pixelated in-game realities. We specialize in Games, VR, 3D Art, SDKs, and Unity asset development. As we continue to grow, we are seeking Project manager who are keen to take their careers to the next level within our dynamic team.

Our mission is simple: To bring pixels to life within the in-game realities.

How do we imagine you?

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience as an IT Project Manager in Gamedev company
• Extensive background in handling both Fixed Price and Time & Material projects.
• Experience overseeing multiple project teams at once.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Proven track record in managing project risks and changes effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and reporting skills for efficient collaboration with stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects.
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies, including development processes and the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Proficient in using Jira.

• Upper-intermediate/advanced English.

   

Will be a plus:

• The ability to take responsibility for making important decisions
• Familiarity with game development processes, services, and technologies.
• Robust background in the game industry.

• Passion of gaming

• Manage multiple project teams simultaneously, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within scope;
• Provide guidance and direction through all stages of the project lifecycle;
• Effectively manage projects using Agile/Scrum/Kanban;
• Identify and manage project risks;

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and project alignment.
