Project Manager in gulliverpay

Requirements:

Deep understanding of the application development life cycle. Experience in successful launching of web applications.
Experience in project planning (roadmap creation), coordinating timelines, analyzing risks, project reporting, and project documentation writing.
Experience working with Jira, Confluence, Miro.
Knowledge and understanding of Agile methodologies.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking, attention to detail, ability to balance business requirements with technical team capabilities.
Practical experience in developing and implementing development and delivery processes.
Team management experience of developers for at least 3 years.
Experience in implementing High-load projects.
 

Responsibilities:

Communicating with Product Owners, gathering and analyzing business requirements.
Task setting and tracking, determining task priorities, task allocation within the dedicated development team, delegating tasks to other departments.
Interaction with the development team, QA.
Maintaining established processes, procedures, and standards; monitoring project status, task completion progress, task priority, team productivity.
Managing and being responsible for project delivery, including its individual parts.
Managing, monitoring, and motivating the development team. Creating a transparent communication environment among all members of the working group; writing project documentation, periodically updating documentation.
Communicating with other departments and top managers of the company (CTO, CMO).
Direct participation in integrating neighboring department needs into the product (customer support, marketing, SEO, analytics).
 

Nice to have:
Upper Intermediate or higher level of English.
Basic programming knowledge.
