📌Main tasks

• Control the implementation of KPI (indicators) of the marketing team;
• Set priorities for tasks and control deadlines for projects;
• Interact with course speakers: setting tasks and control deadlines;
• Analyze from 4 third-party funnels per month (creatives, sites, chat bots, webinars, sales department, working with the database);
• Control the creation of new activities (except for webinars, cases, content videos) with the aim of obtaining traffic from the database and analyze their effectiveness;
• Control the conduct of A/B testing of hypotheses in the funnel with the aim of better warming up the audience and increasing profitability, webinar conversions;
• Implementing actions to improve project indicators when conversions decrease;
• Analytics control and adoption correct decisions on the basis of data;
• Control the sending of newsletters with activities on the  base;
• Analyze the effectiveness of each landing. Supervise hypothesis testing for new landings or A/B testing of existing ones;
• Synchronization of tasks and priorities between all departments: traffic department, technical department, sales department, marketing department and analytics department.
