Responsibilities:

- Develop, maintain, and execute project plans in alignment with company's strategic objectives.

- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and manage project timelines, ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality products.

- Act as a liaison between the customer and the development team, collecting, synthesizing, and translating customer feedback into actionable project tasks.

- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques to optimize product offerings.

- Organize effective delivery with strict quality standards and security requirements.

- Communicate project progress, strategies, and plans to internal stakeholders and external partners.

- Facilitate cross-functional team collaboration, including engineering, sales, marketing, and support, to deliver successful projects.

- Identify potential risks and issues within the project and propose mitigation strategies.

Your skills:

- Proven experience in project management and coordinating Agile teams.

- Solid experience in product development.

- Proven track record of delivering successful software products from concept to launch.

- Ability to analyze project requirements, identify dependencies and potential risks, and develop strategies to achieve project goals within specified timelines.

- Experience contributing business cases and making informed decisions based on market trends and customer feedback.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Advanced Business English language knowledge

- Experience with project development methodologies. (Agile, SCRUM / Kanban)

- Skilled in coordinating project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.

- Good analytical skills, oriented on continuous process improvement.

- Responsibility forcustomer/partner relation growth.

- Strong people management skills, including the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.

Nice to have:

- Experience with IoT products in building automation and physical access control

- Mastery Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.

- Understanding of general security concepts
