The nature of the work is to help in the launch and support of projects for the creation of lead generation departments (cold calling of customers and transfer of interested customers to sales managers): visiting the office of mobile operators to obtain SIM cards and transferring them by Nova Poshta to IP telephony technicians; preparation of instructions for operators according to the template ;preparation of cold calling scripts (scenarios) for operators (using ChatGPT);customization of CRM according to the template (logo, favicon, users, SIP numbers, directories);interaction with programmers on parsing (set tasks and receive a ready file with customer phones for setting up autodialing to filter out irrelevant numbers; importing into CRM the database for operator calls; keeping a summary report (statistics on projects); carrying out other project assignments from the project coordinator.
