The city development platform is looking for a specialist for a new project. Information about the project: The adaptation center is a physical barrier-free space for providing social services, information, counseling, socio-psychological assistance and measures to improve the integration of IDPs, Veterans and their families. This is a space for creating, planning and implementing initiatives for participants. Requirements: Location in Kharkiv. Work experience as a project manager from 6 months. Knowledge of project management methods and tools. Knowledge of the basics of marketing and communications. Public speaking and information presentation skills. Skills in working with Microsoft Office computer programs and Google services. Fluency in Ukrainian and Russian languages. English from Intermediate (preferred). Attention, responsibility, sociability, stress resistance. Working conditions: Salary — UAH 20,000-30,000/month. Official employment. The center's schedule: Monday — Friday 9:00 a.m.—6:00 p.m. Vacation 24 days. Provision of equipment for work (laptop). Responsibilities: General project management: planning, organization, control of project activities. Ensuring compliance of the project with goals, budget and deadlines. Communicate with funds and other project subjects. Attend specified events and make a presentation about the project. Form project reporting. Develop and implement project development strategies. Develop project solutions to achieve project KPIs. Set tasks for employees and monitor their execution. To deal with the optimization of the project and the activities of all employees. Approve decisions and activities of employees. Provide reporting on the completed work of employees and the project.
