We work with clients all over the world: from Canada to Australia, as an outsourcer and running our own startup, so you won't have to be bored)) We are looking for a motivated and proactive Project Manager who is ready to grow with us. Carefully read the duties we expect from the candidate and consider the opportunities we offer: Main duties: Analysis and assessment of leads according to ICP criteria Ensuring effective communication with clients during negotiations and agreement of cooperation terms. Studying customer requirements and ensuring their implementation in the project. Cooperation with a team of developers and designers to create proposals for clients. Cooperation with subcontractors on the missing technology stack. Creation of a detailed project plan, definition of the goal and scope of work. Distribution of tasks among the team and determination of deadlines. Motivation and coordination of the team's work to achieve the set goals. Creation and maintenance of project documentation. Maintaining and updating project information Requirements: Experience as a Project Manager or relevant courses + experience in sales (will be a big advantage) Excellent communication skills in English at the B2+ level (oral and written) Knowledge of the specifics of UX/UI design and web development processes. Ability effectively manage and motivate a team. Ability to effectively solve problems and respond to changes during the project. High level of communication with clients and the team, ability to negotiate and close deals. Excellent self-organization and desire for self-development Compensation and Bonuses: Fixed salary of $300 + bonus 10% of projects.
