We are looking for an experienced and driven Project Manager to take charge of our technical projects from the ground up. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that each project aligns with our business objectives and exceeds client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee technical projects, ensuring they are in line with both business goals and client requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Craft comprehensive project plans, covering timelines, budgets, and resource distribution.
• Track project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Communicate project status, challenges, and risks to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within the allocated budget.
  

Project Management:

• Manage and coordinate the technical aspects of project management, including scheduling, resource management, and risk assessment.
• Facilitate regular project meetings to monitor progress, address challenges, and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Work closely with technical teams to guarantee that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Conduct regular check-ins with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
• Promptly address project issues to minimize any impact on timelines and deliverables.
• Oversee project documentation, including plans, status reports, and post-project assessments.
• Provide regular updates to the CTO and senior leadership on project performance and strategic initiatives.
• Continuously refine and improve project management processes to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
  

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in technical management, with a proven track record in handling complex projects.
• Strong technical background, including hands-on experience with both backend and frontend development.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and best practices.
• Proven expertise in project management methodologies and tools.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with a knack for motivating and guiding diverse teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and an innovative approach.
• Familiarity with industry-standard frameworks and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
