Necessary skills: —Confirmed level of English not lower than B2; —Experience in IT project management from 1.5 to 2 years; —Experience of working with Jira, Trello, Confluence; — Understanding of modern IT project development methodologies; —Flexibility in choosing a methodology to achieve the goals of the project and the company; —Understanding the specifics of writing User Story, Software Requirements and Use Cases; —Leadership skills, the ability to motivate a team and make decisions independently. Responsibilities Responsibilities: — Work with several projects by clients at the same time; —Improving the work process of working with a team; — Assistance to Sales/Marketing departments in the preparation and presentation of materials, estimates and documentation. The only area of ​​activity in the back-end is Python and numerous frameworks, with which we primarily work with Django and FastAPI. On the front-end side, we work almost exclusively with ReactJS.
