Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple projects from conception to delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure successful completion.
• Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies.
• Manage the sales team, tracking their performance and results.
• Provide guidance and support to the sales team to ensure alignment with project goals and client expectations.
• Oversee people management, including team development, performance reviews, and fostering a positive work environment.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2+ years as a Project Manager in an outsourcing or outstaffing company.
• Skills: Proven ability to build and adapt effective processes.
• Preferred Experience: Participation in presales and client communication.
• Sales Team Collaboration: Experience working with and managing a sales team.
• People Management: Strong leadership skills and experience in managing teams.
• Language Skills: English at C1 level; a second language is a big plus.
