Project Manager in Talent Hunters Hub

Product IT company is looking for an active and interested Project Manager for a media buying team that is actively growing and developing. If you are an ambitious, structural specialist who knows how to build processes and bring tasks to a conclusion, then we are waiting for your resume!

Main duties:

• receiving tasks from the manager and team leaders to launch new advertising creatives;
• communication with the creative production department: setting tasks, monitoring deadlines, receiving finished materials;
• handing over advertising creatives to media buyers for launch;
• control that media buyers launched creatives on time;
• analysis of advertising campaign statistics: identification of effective and ineffective creatives, approaches and strategies;
• participation in the development of plans for new test launches together with the manager;
• communication with several departments: media buying, analytics, creatives, technical team;
• control of KPI execution.

And for this you need to have:

• the ability to work with several tasks and teams at the same time;

• experience in Slack, ClickUp or similar services;

• confident command of Microsoft Excel;

• experience working with teams of 4 or more people is welcome;

• structurality, responsibility, initiative.

Will be an advantage:

• understanding of the basics of creative processes or media buying;
• experience in digital or marketing projects.
