About the Role

We are looking forProject Manager, who will be responsible for the planning, coordination and successful implementation of IT projects in the RetailTech / FinTech domain. The role involves managing multiple teams, building processes from scratch and ensuring transparent communication between business and technical teams.

Your Mission

Ensure effective project management, compliance timeline, budget and quality, as well as creating processes that support scaling and product development.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

• Planning and control of project execution within budget and deadlines;
• Leading several teams simultaneously;
• Building project management processes (Agile / Scrum).

Communication and coordination

• Interaction with business stakeholders, Product Owner, Solution Architect, Tech Lead;
• Organization and facilitation of team meetings (Planning, Daily, Review, Retrospective);
• Ensuring transparency of project status for management and stakeholders.

Control and risks

• Management of risks and dependencies between teams;
• Identification of problems and their prompt resolution.

Documentation and reporting

• Preparation of project documentation, status reports;
• Maintenance of Jira / Confluence for task and knowledge management.

Our Ideal Candidate Has

Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on Scrum project management experience;
• Experience leading multiple teams at the same time;
• Experience in building project management processes from scratch;
• Experience in product or enterprise projects;

Professional skills

• Deep understanding of basic project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall);
• Ability to work with priorities and changes under conditions of high responsibility and tight deadlines;
• Experience with Jira / Confluence;
• Understanding SDLC and basic technical aspects (API, integrations).

Would be an advantage

• Experience in the RetailTech or FinTech domain;
• Certifications (Scrum Master, PMP, PMI-ACP).
