Project Manager in GMS, mizhnarodna telekomunikaciyna kompaniya

We are looking for a proactive Project manager who will help successfully implement strategic corporate initiatives. In this role, you will collaborate with various business units, coordinate projects, ensure effective interaction between stakeholders and maintain alignment with company priorities.

What needs to be done?

• Enterprise project management: ensuring on-time delivery, meeting budgets and meeting business goals.
• Development and implementation of internal internal procedures, processes and policies to improve project efficiency.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams to define project goals, requirements and expected results.
• Analysis and optimization of business processes to improve productivity and ensure compliance with internal standards.
• Interaction with stakeholders at all levels to agree on project scope, priorities and deadlines.
• Monitoring project progress, identifying risks and implementation of measures to minimize them (including SWOT analysis) to comply with the implementation plan.
• Facilitation of process design meetings and sessions with the participation of key stakeholders and involved teams.
• Preparation and presentation of reports, status updates and presentations for C-level management.
• Ensuring proper documentation: project plans, results, process models (using tools like BPMN, Miro, Lucidchart).
• Participation in continuous improvement of project management approaches and implementation of best practices.

What do we expect?

• Experience in project management of 2 years or more, preferably in the telecommunications or IT sphere.
• Proven experience conducting cross-functional projects and coordinating the work of various stakeholders from the side of business and technical teams.
• Experience in the analysis, design and modeling of business processes (in particular, using BPMN).
• Practical experience in the development and implementation of corporate policies, processes and internal procedures.
• Experience in managing deadlines, risks, project results, as well as facilitating meetings with stakeholders.
• Experience in preparing analytical reports, project documentation and presentations.
• Basic understanding of project management principles and approaches (PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum).
• Experience with project management tools and team interaction (Jira, Confluence, Miro, Lucidchart or similar).
• Higher education in the field business administration, management, IT, economics or relevant experience; certification withexperience in projects (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) will be an advantage.
• English level — Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher: sufficient for communication with international stakeholders and preparation of documentation.
