Requirements:

• Higher education in the field of economics, community development, social sciences or business administration.
• Work experience of 2 years in humanitarian or international projects, preferably in the field of style="font-weight: 700">Livelihoods / FSL.
• Program or project management experience.
• Team leadership experience.
• Knowledge of approaches to economic recovery, small business support, and market development.
• Experience interacting with donors and partners.
• Skills in budgeting and financial control of projects.
• Confident proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Willingness to travel to communities.
• Knowledge of the English language

• Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Sat, Sun - day off

Responsibilities:

• Planning, coordination and implementationtion of livelihood support programs for vulnerable households.
• Development and implementation of measures to restore incomes, professional employment and small business support.
• Monitor the implementation of program activities in accordance with the work plan, budget and donor requirements.
• Ensure achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) and program results.
• Conduct analysis of community needs, market conditions and value chains
• Integration of education, training, entrepreneurship and market access components into program activities.
• Project team management.
• Coordination of team work to ensure effective implementation of program activities.
• Mentoring and support of team professional development.
• Preparation of regular technical reports for donors and management.
• Analysis of program results and implementation lessons learned.
• Representing the organization on coordination platforms, clusters and working groups.
• Establishing and maintaining partnerships with authorities, international organizations and local partners.
• Controlling the use of the budget, procurement and logistics.
• Ensuring efficient and transparent use of funds.
