Project Manager in Arroyo Legacy Ukraine

Responsibilities:

• Oversee in?country supply chain and team management, ensuring smooth coordination between the Kyiv hub and the Forward Maintenance Location (Dnipro).
• Supervise daily operations of technical and logistics staff, ensuring compliance with schedules, standards, and reporting requirements.
• Manage budgets, expenses, and resource allocation for maintenance and logistics activities.
• Coordinate closely with the Import/Export Logistics Officer and Forward Maintenance Location Manager to align operational priorities.
• Ensure accurate documentation of vehicle readiness, spare parts status, and training updates.
• Lead performance reviews, monitor KPIs, and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Act as the direct point of contact with the Client, providing regular updates, reports, and escalation when required.
• Report directly to the Client on operational status, sustainment progress, and any issues requiring resolution.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in project management, logistics, or technical service operations.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills, with ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
• Education in engineering, logistics, or business administration is required.
• Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes and operational management.
• English proficiency is required (spoken and written).
• Experience in defense or technical equipment projects will be a strong advantage.

Work Environment:

• Position is based at the Operational Sustainment Hub in Kyiv.
• Office?based role with responsibility for managing national supply chain and operational coordination.
• Works directly with the Import/Export Logistics Officer and in line with the Forward Maintenance Location Manager.
• Serves as the primary reporting channel to the Client.
