I'm Katya, the founder of a design agency with a team of 30 people

Your responsibilities:

• Quickly respond to messages clients.

• View and accept invitations to interviews (I make calls with clients, you only correspond and make appointments).

• Transfer tasks to designers and control the quality of execution.

There are three managers, so the schedule is 2 through 4. That is, 2 working days — 4 days you rest. The schedule is adjusted individually for everyone every time at the beginning of the month.

Important:

• You must be from Lutsk (Upwork blocks for different IP addresses).

• The level of English is elementary to understand comfortably program.

Payment:

• The base rate is 4000 UAH.

• Plus 10% of the order value (5% for acceptance + 5% for successful closing).
