Proliska NGO announces a tender for the conclusion of an agreement on the provision of services for management and organizational support of the project in the city of Uzhgorod.

Proliska public organization is a non-commercial, non-political humanitarian organization, which since 2014 has been providing comprehensive assistance and protection to the population affected by military operations in Ukraine.

Currently, our organization works in 13 regions of Ukraine and provides: social support for the most vulnerable persons affected by military operations; provision of psychological assistance to victims; consulting on social issues; provision of humanitarian aid and materials for emergency repairs of housing damaged as a result of hostilities; providing assistance to institutions and establishments where IDPs have found refuge; assistance in the evacuation of the population from the war zone and social transportation of residents of settlements along the line of hostilities and in de-occupied territories where regular transport does not operate. in the implementation of the project "Comprehensive services for the protection of the civilian population affected by hostilities and improving the resilience skills of workers who come to the rescue first", which is implemented by a consortium of Ukrainian organizations, each of which is responsible for its own direction and applies unique expertise.

The project is implemented with the financial support of the Government of the United States of America, implemented by the NGO "Proliska" under the coordination of the BF "Right to Protection"

From March 2026 to July 2026, the NGO "Proliska" will implement measures to support the affected population in eight regions of Ukraine - Donetsk, Kharkiv, Kherson, Mykolaiv, Zaporizhzhia, Dnipropetrovsk, Sumy and Chernihivska. The main areas of activity are the promotion of the evacuation of the population from zones of active hostilities and the provision of assistance to institutions and establishments (MTP) that house internally displaced persons. The team works taking into account the security situation and implements measures to minimize risks for personnel.

I. Requirements for the contestant:

  • Higher education education in the field of political science, jurisprudence, social and related sciences will be an advantage;
  • Minimum two years of work experience in project management;
  • Fluent command of Ukrainian and English languages (not lower B2);
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel);
  • Excellent business correspondence skills;
  • Results-oriented management style;
  • Performance of duties guided by gender sensitivity and zero tolerance for sexual harassment;
  • Willingness for 100% employment within the scope of the project for the duration contract;
  • Skills rabilities in multitasking and analytical thinking;
  • Excellent team building and personnel management skills;
  • Readiness for regular trips, including to the territory close to the combat zone, in the territory controlled by the Government of Ukraine;
  • Ability to inspire the team and motivate people to selfless work, achieving individual and team results, effectively delegating tasks and managing performance, monitoring and analyzing activities to improve performance. Preference will be given to candidates who have similar work experience in non-profit organizations or UN agencies; II. Services to be provided:

    Under the management of the organization's management, provide services for the administration of the implementation of all stages of the project, namely:

    • Organizational activities and daily implementation of the project for effective and timely implementation of project tasks;
    • Performing direct preparation and filling in the necessary forms and documentation;
    • Regular coordination and cooperation with other projects and their managers, as well as financial and administrative staff in order to achieve the expected results;
    • Coordination and control over the quality and timely preparation of project documentation and reporting in accordance with standards, including descriptive, statistical, analytical and financial reporting related to project activities;
    • Implementation of control over compliance with policies and regulations of donors and organizations of all processes related to project implementation;
    • Identification and taking measures to eliminate project challenges. Implementation of relevant decisions.
    • Monitoring of the project budget and project procurement in accordance with the instructions and policies of the organization with the support of financial and administrative staff;
    • Establishing and maintaining cooperation with key stakeholders;
    • Presentation of the project during relevant agreements with donor representatives;
    • Maintaining regular communication, information exchange and provision coordination;
    • Supporting the development of tools and materials for communication and visual presence;
    • Making visits to settlements where project activities are carried out, with the aim of providing practical assistance, performance evaluation, general monitoring of project tasks.

    III. We offer the successful candidate:
