Today, Agropartner is actively scaling business and introducing new approaches to managing processes and products. That is why we are looking for a  Project Manager who will help systematically manage the initiatives, products and projects of the company, increasing their transparency, manageability and business efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Higher education (management, economics, engineering, IT or related fields - an advantage).
• 3-5 years of project management experience;
• Experience in managing cross-functional projects;
• Work experience with several projects at the same time;
• Experience of interaction with business customers and management.

Professional knowledge:
• Project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, hybrid approaches);
•  Basics of financial planning and budgeting;
•  Management of risks and changes; process approach.

Skills:
•    Planning and prioritization;
•    Budgeting and financial control;
•    Communications and negotiations;
•    Analytical and systems thinking;
•    Working with a large number of participants and tasks.

FUNCTIONAL DUTIES:

1. Management of various types of company projects (operational, IT, organizational, commercial, infrastructure, etc.);
2.    Formation and agreement of project goals, plans, budgets, schedules, KPI;
3.    Control of terms, cost, quality, scope of work and risks;
4.    Organization and coordination of work of project teams and involved units;
5.    Management of dependencies between projects and prioritization of tasks;
6.    Identification, analysis and management of project risks;
7.    Development and implementation of preventive and corrective measures;
8.    Control of the fulfillment of project obligations by internal and external participants;
9.    Ensuring transparency of project status for management;
10.    Preparation of project, managerial and analyticalfinancial reporting;
11.    Presentation of project status, key indicators and deviations;
12.    Management of changes in projects (scope of work, terms, budget);
13.    Ensuring compliance with corporate standards and project management methodologies;
14.    Interaction with internal and external stakeholders;
15.    Participation in the development of project management in the company (processes, templates, best practices).
