We invite to our team an experienced Project Manager who will join our team and build an effective work process, guaranteeing the success of all projects.

Requirements:

• Successful experience in conducting projects for at least one year.
• Ability to find an approach to people and focus on
• Teamwork skills and quick decision-making.
• Analytical mindset and ability to gather information.
• Knowledge of project management methods.
• High level of responsibility and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of English (preferred).

Responsibilities:

• Writing a technical task for the team integrators and contractors.
• Selection of executors and contractors for the successful completion of the project.
• Management of requirements: work on change, communication with developers and customers.
• Management of implementation of solutions, adjustment of plans.
• Managing the workflow of teams in the software environment of the company.
• Designing the introduction of new functions using the Agile or Waterfall methodology.
• Compilation technical requirements and description of tasks, interviews with customers.
• Conducting regular meetings with developers (daily meeting).
• Building a project development plan, designing sprints, estimating time, monitoring task performance.
• Creating automatic processes and procedures within the project.
• Participation in building the company and setting up interaction between departments.
