Project manager in LIRP

"Lircon" is a full cycle construction company. We implement commercial, production and warehouse facilities from sandwich panels: from the project to commissioning.
We are growing and scaling, so we are looking for a strong Project Manager who knows how to manage processes, people and results.

Who we are looking for:

A systematic, responsible manager who:

- knows how to manage construction projects

- keeps deadlines, budget and quality

- is responsible for the result - knows how to work with people, contractors and customers

Main duties:

- Full management of construction projects from the contract to the delivery of the object

- Planning of stages, deadlines, resources

- Coordination of engineers, foremen, installation crews, contractors

- Control of the quality of work and compliance with the project documentation

- Communication with clients (status, deadlines, agreement of changes)

- Budget and cost control

- Project documentation management- Risk and problem management

Requirements:

- Experience of Project Manager / executive engineer / engineer — from 1 year

- Understanding of construction processes

- Ability to work with schedules, estimators, contractors

- Systematic, responsible, discipline

- Ability to make decisions and bring things to a conclusion

- Possession of a driver's license - mandatory

- Possession of your own car - desirable
