Project manager in NovaPay

We are currently inviting a specialist to the team for the position of "Project manager"

Our expectations:

• work experience of 3 years or more in the field of project management;
• experience working in fintech or IT teams;
• understanding and application of flexible methodologies (Agile, Scrum);
• ability to organize the work of multifunctional teams and manage a portfolio of projects — control of deadlines, prioritization of tasks, reporting;
• ability to formulate business requirements for process automation;
• ability to create and adapt project management methodology to the specifics of the company;
• confident command of MS Office (Project, PowerPoint), JIRA, Confluence, Trello, Asana, visualization tools (Figma, MIRO, Balsamiq) and knowledge of ABS (preferably Scrooge), CRM, ERP, BAS;
• knowledge of the English language at the Upper Intermediate level.

Main tasks:
 

• organization of the work of the development team: planning, prioritization, control of deadlines, interaction with other units; 
• organization of the work of NovaPay mobile application development teams: planning, prioritization, control of deadlines, organization of interaction with other departments, team resource management;
• support of the full cycle of releases: software version updates, post-release support, product commissioning;
• interaction with customers — collection and agreement of requirements, participation in testing, retrospectives after releases;
• risk identification, technical backlog management and incident management;
• optimization of internal IT processes, support of the Project Office methodology and preparation of presentation materials for internal meetings and committees.
