Project manager in Numo Development

The strategic partner of the company is Ribas Hotels Group - a hotel operator with more than 10 years of experience in hotel real estate management.

In connection with the development of the project portfolio, we are looking for a Manager projects.

Requirements

• Higher education.

• Experience as a project manager - from 5 years.

• Experience in project management at all stages of the life cycle.

• Negotiation skills and building relationships with investors, banks, partners.

• Ability to make decisions in conditions of uncertainty.

• High level of responsibility, ethics, systemic thinking.

• Resistance to stress, organization, analytical abilities.

• Proficient in MS Office, Google Docs.

• Age — from 30.

Will be an advantage:

• Experience in construction as a customer service representative.

• Understanding the specifics of income real estate or working with hotel operators.

Duties

• Comprehensive analysis of projects before launch (legal, technical, economic aspects).

• Preparation of estimates, financial models and forecasts.

• Justification of the feasibility of launching projects and preparation of presentations for management.

• Operational project management: control of deadlines, budget and performance of works.

• Coordinating the work of contractors, designers, legal, financial and operational departments.

• Ensuring reporting and communication with stakeholders.

• Prompt resolution of issues in the implementation process.

• Planning of future projects and participation in the formation of the company's development strategy.
