Роль:

Роль створена для підтримки CEO шляхом управління операційними та проєктними завданнями. Позиція поєднує функції бізнес-аналізу, управління проєктами та координації між підрозділами.

Твої задачі на цій посаді будуть такі:

1. Управління проєктами, які ініційованими CEO

• Контроль команди, яка займається реалізацією стратегічних та операційних проєктів, ініційованих керівником.

• Визначення цілей, етапів, термінів та КРІ проектів.

• Створення й підтримка детальних планів проєктів та документації.

• Coordinating work between teams to ensure consistency and timely execution.

• Monitoring progress, identifying risks and participating in the search for a solution.

• Preparation of reports and analytical materials for the CEO.

2. Business analysis and reporting

• Collection, systematization and analysis of data from various areas of business according to the request.

• Preparation of reports, dashboards and analytics to support management decisions.

• Conducting one-time (ad-hoc) analytical research.

• Visualization of complex data in the form of graphs, tables, presentations.

• Clear and concise presentation of analysis results.

3. Cross-functional coordination

• Participation in internal meetings as a representative of the CEO.

• Organization and moderation of key meetings: agenda, protocol, decision implementation control.

• Tracking of tasks and timeliness of their implementation.

• Acting as a communication bridge between departments (marketing, finance, operations, commerce).

4. Support of CEO projects

• Maintenance of the calendar of strategic initiatives and reviews.

• Organization of the file system, Notion, etc.

• Confident command of Google Sheets, Slides, Notion and modern project management tools (Asana, Trello, ClickUp etc.).

• Fluency in written and spoken English.

• Experience with AI-tools - preferred.
