Project Manager in Speys Merketing, TOV

We are a company with more than 6 years of experience in the field of media buying, which is actively scaling and is looking for a strong Project Manager who will be a key link between the CEO and the teams.

This is a role for someone who loves order, communication and completed tasks

is a real pleasure when the project is completed.

 Main responsibilities

• Full management of projects and tasks initiated by the CEO
• Joint implementation plan formation and execution control
• Coordination of work between different departments and teams
• Collection of updates, monitoring deadlines, preparation of reports
• Working with task managers (Asana / Trello / Jira). (candidates with less experience will also be considered)
• Experience in IT-companies will be a great advantage
• Experience in the field of Media buying
• Strong communication skills
• Proactivity: if contact is lost - you will find a way to restore it
• Love for completed tasks and a sense of responsibility for result
• Understanding the specifics of the field

• Will be a plus: knowledge of Data Analysis and understanding of how to build reporting

Format of work

• University office

• Schedule: 10:00 - 18:30
