Project Manager in e-groshi

Main duties:

• Coordination of internal projects and operational initiatives.
• Collection, analysis and systematization of business data (financial, customer, operational departments).
• Preparation of presentations, reports, dashboards, analytical notes.
• Management of tasks within departments (deadlines, prioritization, communication).
• Support of the operations director in decision-making and process optimization.
• Interaction with partners, suppliers, regulators (as needed).

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in banking, fintech or consulting.
• Developed critical thinking and attention to the details.
• Confident command of Excel / Google Sheets, PowerPoint, BI-tools (will be a plus).
• Understanding the basics of project management (Agile / Waterfall).
• Fluent English (B2+) - international working environment.
• High level of self-organization, initiative and responsibility.
