In 2026, the Promavtomatika Group of Companies plans to grow in revenue and in the number of involved customers. In turn, this forms a set of requirements for the structure, optimization of processes, and an increase in tasks for digitalization. Therefore, we need a Project Manager for internal digitization projects.

The work format is ideal for us - offline in the central office in Vinnytsia. At the same time, we can consider a hybrid format with periodic visits.

The purpose of the role:

Ensure a transparent, predictable and fast process of digitization of internal business processes through the management of the end-to-end flow of requests (from need to delivery), coordination of analysts and developers, management of priorities map and expectations of internal customers.
Create outcomes for business: reductionLead Time, increased system productivity, improved quality and internal customer satisfaction.

This will be possible by providing the following:

  • Management of the end-to-end process of internal requests -from receiving requests and validation of needs to control of the result and communication with the internal customer
  • Prioritization and management of the work portfolio - formation of a single prioritization model (RICE / Value Impact / Cost of Delay, etc) and the organization of transparent decisions about what is done first and why.
  • Capacity planning - bandwidth analysis of analysts, developers, testing, monthly/quarterly load forecasting, balancing of scope, resources and deadlines.
  • Stakeholder management and communication - regular synchronization with key customers, establishment and support of ETA and SLA for various types of work, transparent communication of statuses, changes and risks, facilitation of conflict resolution between requests.
  • Digitalization roadmap formation and support 1C, Zoho CRM and integrations, synchronization of the roadmap with the needs of business processes and quarterly goals, management of the digitalization backlog at the level of the entire organization. improvement.
  • Collection and analysis of feedback — creation of a single feedback channel for digitalization, identification of system problems and their transformation into a backlog, measurement of internal customer satisfaction.

For this we expect from you:

  • 3+ years of management experience in internal digitalization projects, corporate systems (ERP, CRM).
  • Experience and mastery of requirements management tools (BRD, FRD, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, etc).
  • Practical experience in creating and further management of the portfolio and roadmap.
  • Experience in using throughput planning methods and metrics for continuous analysis:Lead Time, Cycle Time, WIP, throughput, resource planning and capacity.
  • Understanding the logic of ERP/CRM work within business processes, integrations and low-code tools Experience with 1C, Zoho CRM will be a plus.
  • Experience with top management (Stakeholder Management at the COO and Head of Division levels).
  • Strong communication and facilitation.
  • Systems thinking and outcome orientation.
  • Ability to manage expectations and resolve conflicts.
