You will be an important link between the company and the client, your task will be to monitor the progress of the project, push other departments to deliver the project on time, coordinate various situation.

What we offer:

• Salary, which consists of a fixed rate + % for each completed order, approximately UAH 40-60,000.
• Fuel compensation/car depreciation (if necessary). We also have a work vehicle, we can negotiate here.

• Comfortable office with a showroom located in the Varshasky residential complex.
• Working schedule: Mon-Fri from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., but sometimes it is necessary to adapt to the client.

Responsibilities:

• Full cycle of project management - from measurement before handing over the object to the customer.
• Coordination of internal departments: technical, production, installation teams.
• Coordination with subcontractors.
• Monitoring of project implementation stages — control of terms, quality and budget.
• Reporting, work in CRM (KeyCRM).
• Management of freelance situations, interaction with clients.

What is important to us:

• Experience with glass, windows, furniture or with repairs from 1 year.
• Responsibility, honesty, organization, system thinking.
• Leadership qualities, the ability to keep the team and the process under control.
• Skills in conducting negotiations and interacting with customers and partners.
• The ability to make decisions, take responsibility and be responsible for the final result.
• Having a driver's license is a must, own car will be an advantage.

We consider candidates with minimal experience, but with a desire to learn and develop specifically in the field of glass structures. In this case, the salary is discussed at the interview.
