Project Manager in UK comms

Your tasks:

• management projects — from the start to the final report;

• coordination of the internal team (copywriters, communicators, designers, SMM specialists, etc.) and external contractors;

• development of timelines, monitoring of deadlines, accounting of tasks and statuses;

• planning of expenses, preparation of presentations, reports; verification of compliance of the results with the technical task;

• communication with clients: correspondence, calls, participation in meetings;

• participation in the preparation of tender documents;
• if necessary filming.

• involvement in the internal processes of the agency: planning, team meetings, improvement of work approaches.

Our expectations:

• d work in project management from 2 years (preferably in the field of creative, media or socially oriented projects. Additional experience as a communicator, journalist, etc. will be an advantage, we are looking for a person who understands how PR and communications work);

• developed skills of organization, planning and prioritization;

• experience working with clients;

• ability to work with a large number of tasks, deadlines and process participants;

• literate Ukrainian, not below the level of B2; experience in the implementation of government or social projects is an advantage. none">hybrid work format (online + meetings in the office once a week);
