Project Manager in Netpeak Talent

We - Netpeak Talent , recruiting agency from Netpeak Group. We help to find Project Manager for a partner - Odessa grocery company.

Your main task is to organize team work and managing all stages of the project - from setting goals to final delivery, with control terms, product quality and agreed requirements .

and in the process:

• Managing the full cycle of the project: from technical task to release and support.
• Planning, distribution and control of team tasks (developers, QA, designers).
• Documentation: User Stories, Specifications, Beclog in Redmin.
• Organization of team rallies: daily stands, demo, planning.
• Collaboration with Technical Director and Other Teams.
• Checking functionality readiness before release
• Coordination of translations and release training in Weblate.

What are we looking for in you:

• From 3 years of experience in managing IT projections and understanding their life cycle.
• Practical experience of bringing projects to a successful release.
• Ability to work with projected trackers (Redmin, Jira or similar systems).
• Working with Technical and Project Documentation.
• You understand how to build team work (development, QA, design).
• You have experience planning tasks, risk assessment, managing several projects at a time.
