The Caritas Ukraine International Charitable Foundation is looking for a team- project manager .
Coordination with the local organization, holding meetings and working meetings, providing advice on project implementation, consultations on the collection of quantitative and quality data on the provision of services, instruments of checking indicators. Establishing contacts with international and local partners on possible cooperation in the direction of project development. Organization of logistics issues, distribution of handouts between local project workers. Budget and expenditure analysis together with the financial manager, if necessary, making adjustments in agreement with the donor. Correspondence and communication with donor representatives, providing the necessary information on the donor request. Monitoring visits, providing advice on project work and discussing calls in the project implementation. Assistance in covering the project activities, development and agreement with the donor of visual materials, information booklets, etc. (jointly with the Caritas Communications Specialist and Program Head). Making the instructions of the Program Head in the preparation of additional projects, reports and other text and visual materials to cover the activities of Caritas of Ukraine. Methodical and learning activities Preparation of methodological materials for animators and local team employees. Collection and analysis of project activities. Organization and conduct of educational activities for animators and specialists. Consulting team support. Higher education (social work, social and pedagogical work, pedagogy, management in the social sphere or related fields). Experience in a similar/related position from 2 years. Experience in social and pedagogical programs is desirable. experience of working with war affected in Ukraine. Knowledge in the field of organization of formation and recreational camps, preparation of animators, provision of animation services. Experience in organizing and conducting exercises. Knowledge of international standards, principles and approaches in the field of social pedagogy, social services, humanitarian response in the field of children's protection. Knowledge of rules and document management and reporting. Confident UseMicrosoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Internet. PowerPoint, Canva or other programs). Fluent in Ukrainian, English - B2, the basic level of Italian will be an additional advantage. Compliance with ethical principles of work and social assistance. Great coordination and organizational skills, ability to prioritize and adhere to terms. Neatness and attentiveness to the details. High level of organization, perseverance and consistency.
