Requirements:

— 6+ months of experience as a Project Manager in IT.

— Technical expertise: understanding of the full development cycle for web and mobile applications, experience in project planning.

— English: Upper-Intermediate or higher (strong written and verbal communication skills).

— Ability to work with project metrics and use data to drive decisions.

Will be a plus :

• Background in QA or Business Analysis or Development is a strong advantage.

• Communication: ensuring transparent collaboration between clients, the development team, and stakeholders. Conducting regular team meetings, including planning sessions and retrospectives. Setting up additional processes as needed. Writing a communication plan for projects.

• Risk management: identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential project risks.

• Process quality control: monitoring key project metrics and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

• Reporting: preparing and regularly updating project reports.
