Project Manager in SET University

Set (Science, Entrepreneurship, Technology) University-Ukrainian Non-Commercial Technological University. Our goal is to provide quality higher education to the future IT sector leaders for economic reconstruction of Ukraine. To do this, we involve the best practitioners from all over the world to create programs and teach and apply innovative approaches to technology and entrepreneurship training.

Basic Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Interaction with mentors, experts and programs; FONT-STYLE: Normal; Text-Decoration: None ">

  Monitoring and evaluation of programs, documentation and report preparation;

• Organization of Works, Train, Networking Measures for Program Participants (In-Person Support Experts);

• Onboarding and Support of New Program Participants;

• Coordination of Interaction and Project Participants;

• Development of Community Graduates of Entrepreneurial Programs (Startups), Supporting their Involvement and Interaction + Assistance in Organization for Graduates;

Collection of Mentoring and Mentoring Requirements from Program Graduates, Communication Collection;

• Analysis and Monitoring of Startup Progress, according to development reports;

• Working with Program Budgets (Drawing and Control of Resource Use);

• Project implementation in accordance with the approved plans of their implementation, control of the implementation of each of the stages of the project;

  The level of English in English Intermediate and above;

  • Strong Communication, Organization and Networking Skills;

  • The ability to prioritize tasks;

  • Initiative and Willingness to take responsibility for the results;

  • Experience with international partners, startups, educational programs will be a plus.
