Our employee in this position:

• responsible for Consolidation of information about all strategic MHP projects in a single format and preparation of portfolio reporting and programs in terms of statuses, stages, involved resources, budgets, etc.
• controls compliance with the methodology of strategic project management and proper maintenance and storage In the information system/database (across the funnel from initiation to closure)
• serves as the only point of entry on the methodology of managing strategic projects and collecting requests for launching projects with IT components from business leaders
• Coordinates appropriate communication channels and tools for project management, participates in the development of pro -documentation templates
• responsible for organizing meetings of the Project Committee and writing protocols, communication with IT, finance and HR

We invite you to interview, if You have :

• Experience with Task Management Tools and Projects (Jira, Asana, MS Project, ETC)
• The ability to solve problems using MS Excel, PowerPoint
• Carefulness to details and ability to control obligations in the course of realization of projects
• Knowledge of English (not lower than intermediate)
• Communication experience with senior management and IT team
• The ability to make decisions and be responsible for them, proactivity, perseverance and willingness to quickly adapt to changes
