Vacancy: Project Manager (Kyiv only)

What will you do?

?  Manage projects : plan, coordinate and monitor the implementation of tasks.
?  Communicate with the team and clients : convey requirements, agree on details, monitor deadlines.
?  Create and maintain documentation : schedules, reports, specifications.
?  Monitor the quality of task performance and compliance with the budget.
? Look for opportunities to improve processes and optimize the team's work.

What do we offer?

 Working hours : from 09:00 to 17:00, Monday-Friday, weekends - Saturday and Sunday.
 Office in Kyiv with comfortable working conditions.
 Training and support : if you are a junior PM, we will help you grow quickly.
 Stable salary + bonuses for successfully completed projects.
Possibility of career growth to Senior PM or department head.

Who are we looking for?

 Experience in project management (even if it is personal or volunteer projects).
 Knowledge of management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall - will be a plus).
 Communication skills and ability to work with different people.
 Basic knowledge of tools (Jira, Trello, Notion, Google Docs, Slack).
Responsibility and systems thinking .
