?    Management and support of the entire project cycle: from project development, launch, implementation and completion - to ensure effective and effective implementation, in accordance with the principles and standards of quality of Caritas of Ukraine and donors. 

?    Management and control of the implementation of measures implemented for the implementation of the project activity. 

?    Delegation of tasks, setting tasks for team members, as well as promoting the development of their potential. 

?    Determining the needs of colleagues and providing support for tasks. ?    Maintaining project documentation, preparation of descriptive reports in accordance with the requirements of the Fund and donors. 

?    Assistance in the preparation of consolidated reports in English on the basis of regional reports, coordination with a specialist in monitoring and evaluation. 

?    Assistance in the development and support of tools, instructions, templates and information for donors. 

?    Conducting periodic budget reviews and checking with partners in a timely submission of financial statements in order to facilitate the proper monitoring of resources. 

?    Presentation of Caritas of Ukraine before donors, working groups, relevant local partners and relevant representatives of local authorities and community. 

?    Work trips in the project location. 

?    Execution of the instructions of the Program Manager on project development. 

Requirements:

?    Full Higher Education

?    Experience in non-governmental organizations as a project manager from 1 year. 

?    Project Management Experience.

?    Knowledge of Ukrainian - free, English - B2+

?    Organization

?    The ability to work as a team

Need knowledge and skills:

?    Presentation skills. 

?    Budget planning and budget skills. 

?    Personnel management experience.

?    Business communication skills. 

?    PC and electronic communication skills.
