• Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, production, marketing, sales).
• Plan, monitor, and control project timelines and budgets.
• Manage risks and resolve issues arising during project implementation.
• Prepare reports and analytics for management.
• Optimize business processes to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with suppliers, partners, and clients.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience as a project manager (preferably in manufacturing or transportation industries).
• Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana, MS Project).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Analytical thinking, strategic vision, and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of English is required.
• High level of responsibility and results-oriented mindset.
