Project Manager in Unitfab

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team.

Unitfab is a Ukrainian company specializing in the production of modular houses. Our mission is to make the process of getting your own home as simple and convenient as possible. Production is based in Velika Dymerka, the office is in a private house near the city of Mushrooms We strive to innovate in construction by integrating digital solutions and efficient business processes.

The role of the Project Manager is to fully support the project after the conclusion of the agreement to transfer of keys to the customer.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Coordinating the stages of project implementation: design, ordering materials, production, transportation and delivery of the object.
• Communication with the customer, providing information about the status project.
• Monitoring the fulfillment of deadlines.
• Interaction with the team, ensuring the efficiency of all process participants.

• Document management. Payment control.

• 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of the system for management by Worksection projects
• Proactivity, ability to adapt to changes.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to establish effective interaction between teams
