Project manager in Dreamers

Hello! We are Dreamers, a team that is changing the perception of hospitality in Ukraine. Our projects - ULIS, DREAM Hostels, Druzi Cafe - unite people, give emotions and create spaces where you want to live and create.

We are currently developing ULIS, a complex of houses in Vorokhta integrated into nature, and are working on its large-scale expansion. The plans include new ULIS locations throughout Ukraine. We are looking for a project manager to implement our boldest ideas together! 

Your future tasks:

• Managing the construction of the 2nd phase of ULIS in Vorokht (project period — 1.5 years) and after the completion of this project - management of new company projects.
• Coordination of all stages of construction: from planning to delivery of the object.
• Control budgets, deadlines and effective use of resources.
• Cooperation with architects, engineers, contractors to achieve a quality result.
• Ensuring construction compliance with regulatory standards.
• Formation and management by the project team.
• Business trip to the current location (Vorokhta) and other cities of Ukraine in the future.

What we are looking for in you:

• Experience: no less 2 years of project management (from planning to implementation), ideally construction projects.
• Systematic: the ability to effectively work with budgets and optimize costs .
• Teamwork: strong communication and management skills.
• Mobility: readiness for regular business trips to Ukraine.
• Results: a portfolio of successfully completed projects.
• Speed and adaptability: willingness to learn quickly, adapt to new conditions, maintaining a consistently high level of project management. What we offer:

  Place of work:

  The main location is Kyiv, with business trips (at this stage — Vorokhta, then new locations ULIS).
