Main duties:

• Managing a portfolio of projects related to development and implementation of services for clients and banking systems
• Project management from start to successful completion
• Analysis of requirements of business development teams and creation of technical tasks
• Coordination of internal and external project teams
• Creating and maintaining project documentation
• Identifying risks and finding solutions to minimize them
• Assisting in testing and solving complex technical problems

Requirements for candidates:

• Experience as a project manager, preferably in IT projects
< li>Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Upper Intermediate English (for writing technical tasks, communication and presentations in English)
• Reliable team player with strong communication skills skills
• Ability to work independently
• Problem-solving orientation, critical thinking, analytical skills
• Understanding banking processes will be an advantage
