Project manager in Bisseti

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Managerial roles (SPM+ level) with other managers in reporting structure
• Working experience in project or product types of organization, experience in program management
• Hardware, Embedded experience is preferable
• Understanding of SDLC\SPLC and experience of using different methodologies to achieve the project \ program goals

Nice to have:

• Experience in building project \ program from scratch to a big scale (50-100 experts in total)
• Experience in managing R&D projects and\or understanding of cycle from prototype to production/ Managerial experience with production
• Practical technical background
• Experience of regular direct communication with C-\VP level

Responsibilities:

• Build and coach project teams to ensure creations of new solutions in expected timeline. Manage the day-to-day work of the development team;
• Working closely with the stakeholders (Product owners, Industrial engineers, End-users\Clients, Quality engineers, etc) to successfully integrate the R&D solutions into Company Products
• Facilitating development of existing projects as well as starting the new one (including the elicitation of requirements and detailed project budget)
• Project reporting, team velocity, ensuring key performance indicators reaching success level values, eliminate and escalate blockers
• Ensuring that the processes are well-defined, documented, and monitored
• Defining and controlling the key project health indicators for all projects
• Keeping employee turnover at a low level (less than 10%) on all assigned projects.
• Manage, monitor and mitigate project risks, provide regular report in relation to risks and interdependencies
• Provide advice and recommendations on efficiency improvements of R&D Department
