- Project planning and organization:
- Development of a detailed project implementation plan.
- Formation of a team of qualified specialists to perform project tasks.
- Execution control >:
- Coordination of work involved personnel.
- Ensuring timely completion of tasks within the six areas of rehabilitation.
- Administrative support:
- Project budget management, including administrative costs.
- Organization of production and distribution of printed products.
- Interaction with by stakeholders:
- Reporting to grantees and other interested parties.
- Organization of tenders or requests for price proposals to attract contractors.
- Monitoring and evaluation:
- Control over the quality and effectiveness of project activities.
- Compilation of interim and final reports.
Requirements for the candidate:
- Experience in managing social or rehabilitation projects.< /li>
- Knowledge of the basics of grant management (planning, reporting, budgeting).
- Ability to organize team work and solve administrative issues.
- Communication and management skills negotiations.
- Willingness to work with children affected by war, taking into account their psychological needs.
Working conditions:
- Project employment (12 months).
- Salary - by agreement, depending on the experience and competencies of the candidate.
