Main duties: 

Coordination of work with the calendar:

  • Scheduling meetings and calls. 
  • Manage your schedule and avoid schedule conflicts. 
  • Reminders about key events and deadlines.

Organization and support of meetings: 

    < li>Preparation materials for meetings (presentations, documents). 
  • Keeping minutes of meetings. 
  • Follow-ups after meetings (sending tasks, agreeing deadlines). 
  • Monitoring the execution of agreements and tasks. 

Coordination of team work: 

  • Organization of interaction with top management. 
  • Collection and analysis of information for decision-making. 
  • Coordination of tasks between team members. 
  • Control over compliance with deadlines and compliance with the quality of completed tasks. 

Administrative support:

  • Working with documents: creation, editing, storage. 
  • Maintenance of electronic document management (Google Docs, Google Sheets, presentations). 
  • Creating presentations for internal and external meetings. 

Analytical work:

  • Data collection for reports and their analysis. 
  • Preparation of analytical reports and recommendations. 
  • Working with large volumes of information, data visualization (graphs, tables, diagrams).

Support of interaction with partners and customers:

  • Organization of communication with key partners and clients. 
  • Solving operational issues that arise during work. 

Control of tasks: 

  • Tracking the progress of projects. 
  • Regular reporting on the status of tasks. 
  • Identification of problem areas and proposals for their solution.

  • Knowledge and confident use of Google Workspace, Trello, Notion or other task management tools.
