Requirements for the candidate:

• Successful experience as a project manager in the automation of operational business processes from 2 years, preferably in the field of retail sales, operations or related areas.
• Proficiency in Agile project management methodology.
• Understanding of retail business processes of trade.
• Skills of team management and coordination of the work of different departments.
• Ability to work with tools for planning, management and control of project resources.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and quickly adapt to changes.
• Desirable: knowledge of the basics of financial analysis and management budget.

Responsibilities:

• Project management in the retail division: planning, coordination , implementation control.
• Implementation and development of initiatives aimed at increasing the efficiency of the retail network.
• Interaction with the company's divisions (operational, commercial, IT, logistics, marketing, HR, etc.) for implementation of projects.
• Monitoring project deadlines and budgets, assessing risks and finding ways to minimize them.
• Data analysis and preparation of reports on completed projects.
• Improving operational processes based on modern approaches and tools.
