The main reason is an increase in the number of own electrical engineering developments. The main task of the Project Manager is to bring a new development to the market and organize the work of the team with the aim of capturing market share.

What we entrust to you:

• Project management - each accountable project is managed as a project, has the necessary attributes (assigned roles, regular meetings, fixing the schedule and monitoring the execution of tasks, there is a basic document flow with tasks and a project implementation plan, configured financial and warehouse analytics, etc. ).

• Ensuring smooth movement of the project along the product roadmap according to the product life cycle management business process.

• Setting up effective reporting on the project - both financial and warehouse. The PM must have all the necessary information on the state of affairs on the project at every moment of time, decisions are made on the basis of data and figures and can be clearly justified by calculations and analytics.

• Ensuring a single information field between all linksproject names: Project, Product, functional Team Leads.

• Control of finances - the financial result of the accountable products corresponds to the agreed plans.

Our expectations:

• Technical Education electrical, energy or related);

• Experience in project management and work in similar positions for at least 3 years;

• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, etc.);

• Experience with project management tools (Jira, MS Project, etc.);

• Negotiating and persuasive skills.
  

Would be an advantage:

• Experience working with electronics (development or production).

• Knowledge of processes or direct participation in launching new technologies into mass production.
