Who are we looking for?
A proactive project manager who will coordinate design projects, ensure effective communication between the team and clients, as well as monitor the execution of tasks within the approved deadlines.

Responsibilities:
•  Management of the full the cycle of projects: from the start to the delivery of the finished product.

• Communication with clients, clarification and agreement of details.

• Setting tasks for designers, architects and contractors.

•  Control over compliance with deadlines and quality of execution.

•  Organization of internal team meetings.

•  Maintenance of project documentation (briefs, technical tasks, timelines, contracts, acts, invoices, etc.). of design, architecture or related fields from 2 years.

•  Understanding the processes of creating interiors and working with contractors.

• Organizational skills and the ability to work with several projects at the same time.

• Communication skills, the ability to negotiate.

• Fluency in Ukrainian, English at the Upper Intermediate level.

•  Experience with project management tools.
