Work experience of 3 years or more in the construction of industrial facilities, shopping malls, business centers;
• Confident PC user;
regulatory framework in the field of construction, basic design principles, construction technologies, principles of construction site organization• Responsibility, attentiveness.
Responsibilities: Construction management by the project:
•Planning, organization, control of the project from the beginning to commissioning in accordance with the approved schedules;
•Resolving technical and organizational issues related to the construction/reconstruction of the object;

• Coordination of projects between the Customer's services and subcontractors;
• Support of installation and construction works;
• Agreement of volumes with the department Vocational training;
•Control of the application and supply of materials and equipment to the objects;
•Control of the terms of execution of works with the Customer;
•Controls the preparation of acts of completed works , their agreement and signing by the Customer, transfer of original documents to the accounting department.
