Project manager in EON+

We are an investment and development company, which specializes in the implementation of advanced technologies in the construction field, creating innovative residential and commercial objects. Our future projects are currently in the preparation stage, and we are ready to reach a new level of development.

We are looking for a project manager with experience in development projects.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of work experience in the field of residential and commercial construction project management;
• Higher professional education;
• Skills in reading drawings and understanding design documentation;
• High level of proficiency in Word, Excel, MS Project, AVK programs.
• Ability to make decisions, take responsibility and be responsible for the final result;
• Knowledge of construction processes, technologies and the sequence of repair works;
• Experience in negotiating with customers, drawing up and agreeing technical terms of reference.

Responsibilities:

• Implementation of effective leadership at all stages of project implementation;
• Conducting negotiations and establishing partnerships with contractors to ensure successful cooperation;
• Responsibility for financial and time indicators of project implementation;
• Active participation in tenders for the selection of a general contractor;
• Analysis and optimization of costs to ensure efficient use of resources and maximizing profitability;
• Development and implementation of risk management strategies to reduce possible negative impacts on the project;
• Tracking and guaranteeing timely completion of project tasks and meeting deadlines.
